Cœur de Roncharde
Tasting notes
The selection of old vines situated in the heart of the plot « La Roncharde » is known to produce some of the finest pressed juice, thus making the production of this exceptional vintage possible. Discover its density and balance, richness and purity of fruit, as well as its great depth and concentrated minerality. The mouth-feel is pure and lively, with an immediate creaminess and a continued pleasant minerality. The wine then develops little by little on its rich density and intenseness, all while keeping its finesse and balance. A great terroir to discover!

Vignification
Pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. Batonnage for barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Ageing 12 months in oak barrels (40%) and stainless steel vats (60%).

« Les Ravines » 2018
Tasting notes
From superb hillside terraces situated on the highest parts of the village
of Condrieu, our cuvée « Les Ravines » is the result of an elegant
assembly of 5 plots consisting of granite soil. Of its great aromatic purity,
the wine reveals aromas of white-flesh fruits coupled with delicate floral
notes. The lively and harmonious mouth-feel is characterized by a
beautiful volume, a delicate and pure finish which truly reveals the
minerality of its terroir.

Asparagus with mousseline sauce, pike quenelles, poultry, lobster en
bellevue, scallops, prawns with curry sauce, delicate asian dishes…

« Chéry » 2018
Tasting notes
Considered one of the most beautiful terroirs of the appellation, the
famous hillside of Chéry is composed of small terraces with Southern
exposure, grown on granite soil known locally as « arzelle ». This
magnificent cuvée is characterized by its richness, its balance and its
minerality.
Endowed with a great aromatic complexity which develops with aeration,
this wine is truly an expression of a luxurious nectar.
