Granitic soil on the “Coteau de la Roncharde” and the “Côte Chatillon”. Vines are 20 years old on average. Grape variety Viognier.
Matured for 10 months in oak barrels (40%) and stainless steel vats (60%).

To drink between 5 and 10 years, but can be a pleasant experience at 15 years old. To serve at 16-18°C.
Mica-schist soil on the slopes of “Viallière” and granite on the terraces of “Coteau de Bassenon”. Vines are 15 years old on average. Blending of Syrah (95%) for power and structure; and Viognier (5%) for the roundness and the aromatic complexity.
Long fermenting time (about 3 weeks) after destalking. Matured for 15 months in oak barrels including 20% new barrels. |
